Muslim economists have the consensus that the main objective of Islamic Economics is to establish social justice, elimination of poverty, tangible reduction in economic disparities, free society of corruption.

Therefore, we will begin by understanding Islam and knowledge and nature of knowledge. This is followed by knowing the nature of man. Next, we will further discuss the purpose of seeking knowledge in Islam, the importance of knowledge in Islam and sources of knowledge in Islam.

This is followed by analyzing the Islamic economic discipline. Moving forward, we will explore the methodology of secular economic and finally, examine the secular economic discipline.
